What data we collect when you order, why we need it and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Order data - name, delivery address, email, and what you bought. Needed to send the parcel and to issue the invoice.
- Payment data - handled by our payment providers. We see that a payment succeeded and the last digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Support messages - what you write to us, so we can answer and keep a record of the case.
- Basic site analytics - aggregated page views. No profiles. Advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel) only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to: our shop platform (Shopify), the payment provider, and the carrier delivering your parcel. They act as processors and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted once we no longer need it for tax and accounting records.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for as long as tax law requires. Support messages for two years. Analytics in aggregate only.
Cookies
The shop uses the cookies needed for the cart and the checkout to work. Only if you allow it in the cookie banner, we also load the Meta Pixel to see which of our ads bring visitors; if you decline, it is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
The home page shows videos hosted on YouTube. Their cover images load from YouTube, and pressing play runs the video from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), under Google's privacy policy.
