Ordering

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Until then we may decline an order - for example if a price was shown wrongly or an item is no longer available.

Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. A crossed-out price, when shown, is the sum of the same pieces bought separately from us, not an invented former price.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Shopify and its payment providers over an encrypted connection. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout - typically Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are entered on the provider's page; they never reach our servers.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are on the shipping page and are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you.

Cancellation and guarantee

Your 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee are described on the returns page and apply in full.

Product information

Measurements are given in centimetres and may vary by a few millimetres. Colours on a screen are not an exact match for the item. 3D views are models of the product and are labelled as such.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own fault, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude - including your rights as a consumer. We are not liable for the use you make of a product beyond its stated purpose.

Applicable law

These terms follow EU consumer law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

If we cannot agree

Write to us first: most problems are a replacement or a refund away. If that does not settle it, you can take the dispute to the consumer arbitration or alternative dispute resolution body of the country you live in; your national consumer centre will point you to the right one. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025, so there is no longer an EU-wide form to fill in.
