14 days to change your mind, a two-year legal guarantee, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Write to baredesk1@gmail.com with your order number and we will send the return address.
Condition
Send the item back in a condition that lets us sell it again: unused or lightly tried, with its packaging. Adhesive pieces that have already been stuck to a desk cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Who pays the return
Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered - then we pay it.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the same payment method. The original delivery cost is refunded too, at the cheapest standard rate.
Faulty or damaged
Send a photo to baredesk1@gmail.com within a few days of delivery. We replace the item or refund you - no return shipping to pay, and no argument.
Two-year legal guarantee
Every item sold to a consumer in the EU carries a two-year guarantee of conformity. If a piece fails in normal use in that time, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. That is the law, not a promotion, and we do not ask you to buy anything extra to get it.
What is not covered
- Normal wear: a mat that fades after years of daily use, adhesive that loses grip after being moved many times.
- Damage from misuse - a laptop stand loaded well past the stated 16-inch limit, for example.
