Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs and how to follow your parcel.
Times and cost

Times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are prepared the next business day.
Why 8-15 days
Our pieces ship directly from the manufacturer, which is what keeps them at this price. It is slower than a warehouse in your country, and we say so before you pay rather than after.
VAT and customs
VAT is included in the price and declared under IOSS, so there is nothing to pay on delivery inside the EU. Outside the EU, your country may charge import VAT or duty when the parcel arrives.
Tracking your order
As soon as the parcel leaves, we email you a tracking number and a link. Keep that email - it is the fastest way to follow the delivery.
If the tracking has not moved
Tracking can stay quiet for a few days while the parcel is in transit between countries. If nothing changes for ten days, write to baredesk1@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it.
If the parcel has not arrived
After 25 business days from dispatch we treat the parcel as lost and send a replacement or refund you in full - your choice.
Wrong address
Write to us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually correct the address before dispatch.
